An oenologist-winemaker in Chablis since 1989, Clotilde Davenne and her team tend to nearly 30 hectares of small vineyard plots, with different grape varieties and ages, spread across the villages of Saint-Bris, Chablis, and Irancy. This typically Burgundian mosaic now allows her to devote herself entirely to crafting exceptional cuvées that she loves to introduce and share.
