The only appellation in Burgundy to produce Sauvignon Blanc. Our century-old vines, planted in 1902 and rooted in the limestone soils of the Auxerrois region, yield wines of rare aromatic intensity — citrus, boxwood, flint — with a lively, sharp freshness.
