Lost Time
A native of Morvan and a trained oenologist, Clotilde Davenne has been making wine in Chablis since 1989. In 2005, she established her own estate in Préhy: Les Temps Perdus. Her philosophy is simple — nothing between the terroir and the glass.

A jewel of the estate, this Grand Cru reveals a deep and complex nose of ripe fruit, linden, and subtle honey. On the palate, a beautiful volume carried by notes of almond and a smoky hint, supported by perfectly balanced mineral acidity. South-facing exposure. Tim Atkin 94/100. Burgondia Gold 2018.
